Terma proposes an integrated coastal surveillance and maritime domain awareness solution for the Baltic Sea region, built around the proven Terma SCANTER radar family and advanced Command & Control (C2) systems. The solution is designed to provide persistent, all-weather surveillance coverage across the Baltic coastline, territorial waters, exclusive economic zones, ports, offshore infrastructure, and strategic maritime approaches.

The system architecture combines long-range coastal surveillance radars, electro-optical sensors, AIS integration, and distributed C2 nodes into a unified operational picture. Terma’s SCANTER coastal radars deliver high-resolution detection and tracking of surface targets.

At the core of the solution is Terma’s scalable C2 platform, providing operators with a real-time recognized maritime picture (RMP) through sensor fusion, automated tracking, alarm management, and decision-support tools.
