About

Jus ad Bellum 40 is developing an autonomous counter‑UAS intercept system with a pending patent, and I am seeking project cooperation to advance the technology from TRL‑2 to TRL‑3. The next phase focuses on analytical modeling, physics‑based simulation, and early system validation using Ansys tools (STK and supporting simulation environments). The objective is to produce a defensible, government‑fundable proof of concept demonstrating:

• Feasibility through Ansys‑based modeling

• Engagement geometry and intercept logic

• Sensor‑to‑shooter timing and communication pathways

• Initial performance envelopes and operational constraints

• Foundational data for future prototyping and TRL‑4+ development

I am seeking cooperation with Lithuanian defense innovation ecosystem partners, such as universities, research labs, prototyping centers, or government‑aligned organizations, to support simulation, analysis, and TRL‑raising activities. This project aligns with the Lithuanian MoD's innovation priorities, DIANA/STEP pathways, and Innovation Agency LT's R&D funding mechanisms.
